All music released under the AOI Future label incorporates AI-generated elements created using commercially available AI music generation services, including but not limited to Suno AI and Udio AI. However, these works are not purely AI-generated outputs.

COPYRIGHT POSITION

Under current copyright law in Japan, the United States, and the European Union, works created with substantial human creative contribution using AI as a tool may be eligible for copyright protection. AOI Future claims copyright in our musical works to the extent human authorship is present.

THIRD-PARTY AI SERVICE NOTICE

The AI music generation services we use are operated by third-party providers. We have no control over or knowledge of the specific training data used by these services.

日本、米国、EUの現行著作権法において、AIをツールとして使用し実質的な人間の創作的寄与を伴って制作された作品は、著作権保護の対象となる可能性があります。AOI Futureは、人間の創作性が存在する範囲において音楽作品の著作権を主張します。

第三者AIサービスに関する通知

当レーベルが使用するAI音楽生成サービスは第三者プロバイダーにより運営されています。これらのサービスが使用する具体的な学習データについて、当レーベルは管理権限も知見も有していません。

Our music and all related materials are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AOI Future and Shugo Nozaki shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our music.

AI-RELATED RISKS

While we endeavor to ensure the originality of our music, we cannot guarantee that AI-generated elements do not inadvertently resemble existing copyrighted works. Users license our music at their own risk.

当レーベルの音楽および全ての関連素材は、商品性、特定目的への適合性、非侵害性の保証を含むがこれに限定されない、明示的または黙示的ないかなる種類の保証もなく「現状のまま」提供されます。

責任の制限

法律で許可される最大限の範囲において、AOI Futureおよび野崎秀吾は、当レーベルの音楽の使用から生じる間接的、付随的、特別、結果的、または懲罰的損害について責任を負わないものとします。

AI関連リスク

音楽の独創性確保に努めていますが、AI生成要素が既存の著作権で保護された作品に意図せず類似しないことを保証することはできません。利用者は自己の責任において当レーベルの音楽をライセンスするものとします。

GOVERNING LAW

These terms and any disputes arising out of or related to our music or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

JURISDICTION

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.

準拠法

本規約および当レーベルの音楽またはサービスから生じる紛争は、日本国法に準拠し、これに従って解釈されるものとします。

管轄

本規約に基づいて生じる法的措置または訴訟は、日本国東京の裁判所にのみ提起されるものとします。
